We are happy to inform you that submissions for the 12th edition of the international short fiction film festival Bašta Fest are open from September 23, 2024.

To be included in the selection process for Bašta Fest, you have to submit your short fiction film of up to 30 minutes via the website FilmFreeway:

The film you are applying with can be produced within the last two years (therefore, not older than 2023). Keep in mind that our Artistic team pay special attention to the work between the director and the actors, so priority will be given to those films with authentic and thrilling acting achievements. Films must have English subtitles.

The deadline for applications is midnight, February 15th, 2025 (CET). We are waiting for your movies!
